add support to choose custom icon & wildcard character support(like %temp%,%programfile%) to create sfx...

This is very useful to create some basic & advanced installer for programs .,..I've seen such installer in nero,or adobe's installer, i don't where can i seen that & they are also made with powerarchiver because i've read somewhere powerarchiver name but don't know how they have add their custom icons in 256x256 png format ..!!???
